The room service was efficient, and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was neat and tidy throughout our stay. The complimentary toiletries provided added a nice touch to the overall experience.While the hotel didn't offer valet parking, the off-site car park was convenient and safe. The 24-hour reception and security gave me peace of mind, knowing assistance was always available. The air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief after a day of exploring under the Greek sun.The lack of a bar or lounge area on-site was a minor downside, but the nearby cafes and restaurants more than made up for this. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my trip.Considering the reasonable pricing for our stay, including breakfast, the Galaxy Hotel presents a good balance between affordability and comfort. If you're looking for a no-frills accommodation with essential amenities and a friendly atmosphere, this hotel is worth considering for your Kalambaka visit.
